Queues and Sorry
OoooooooooooooooooooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooh my God I hate them.
I had forgotten just how good we Brits are at doing it. And we're all so bloody polite about it too.
'Oh, I'm sorry, were you first?'
'No, it's OK, I think you were.'
'Really, because it's quite alright, I'm not in a rush...'
'Oh me neither. Really, go ahead.'
'No, I insist, please do!'
'Well, if you're sure.'
'I am, thanks.'
'No, thank you.'
'No problem.'
'Thanks.'
'Thanks.'
'Sorry.'
'Sorry.'
OK, so the 'sorry' might have been pushing it a little, but it was probably said as that is the other thing we're really good at.
